If something does not work
Please include the details from the app:
- Open the SteadyPoint menu and choose “Help and contact”.
- Click “Copy details”.
- Paste the details into your email.
The details contain no personal content. You send them yourself.
You can also ask a relative to write for you. The guide for family helps with that.
